The city of Englewood is centrally located between Denver and Littleton, and offers a small-town atmosphere with the advantage of being just a few miles from the big city. Major retail and city government centers are located in the original downtown Englewood district, near the light rail station.
Large portions of unincorporated Arapahoe County to the south and east also have Englewood addresses, although they are not connected to the original city of Englewood.
